Continuing Legal Education: Singapore (Mediation: Strategic Conflict Management)

The Singapore Mediation Center is presenting an intensive two-day workshop for legal Professionals.  Mediation: Strategic Conflict Management for Professionals is intended to give participants a deeper understanding of conflicts and to learn the most effective techniques to manage and resolve them.  Participants will also improve their communication and interpersonal skills through this interactive programme, which will include active engagement in role‐play scenarios and negotiation simulations.

The programme will provide valuable tools to a wide array of professionals, including:

• Professionals, Manager and Executives who need to manage
disputes between members of their organisation or between
them and external parties
• Human Resource Professionals dealing with internal
management issues or conflicts
• Those wishing to learn an effective dispute resolution strategy
applicable to diverse situations
• Practitioners and consultants who would like to supplement
their people skills
• Persons who want to incorporate mediation as part of their
professional skills
• Professionals and Executives involved in group problem
solving”
